Q – What is Shoreline?

A – Shoreline in North Coogee is the first precinct to be delivered as part of the Cockburn Coast Redevelopment Area. Developed over 10 years, Shoreline will provide up to 2,500 new homes from a variety of dwelling types to accommodate diverse housing needs. This will include a number of apartment sites of varying sizes, as well as smaller maisonette apartments and townhouse options. This will provide homes for approximately 5,000 people.
