When did civil works commence?
Civil construction works for Stage 1 have re-commenced and titles are anticipated end of May. The civil works contractor appointed to complete the works is Croker Construction.
Construction works are being undertaken in accordance with a Safety Management Plan, which covers traffic, dust, noise and vibration control. All measures will be implemented to ensure disturbances are kept to a minimum.
When will Stage 1 be released?
Stage 1A has been released. There are 9 lots are available for purchase, sized between 431sqm and 723sqm.

The 11.29 hectare development site will include approximately 145 single residential home sites in close proximity to landscaped 1.2ha area of Public Open Space. The estate will be developed over three stages, with the size of lots ranging from 375sqm to 1,847sqm. The average lot size is 510sqm.
Stage 1A lots are available and are sized 431sqm to 723sqm.
Will Highland Range include Government housing?
All lots within Highland Range will be available for private purchase. There are no lots reserved for government housing.
