LandCorp has today released for sale eight lots as Stage 3A at its Crossroads Industrial estate within the Forrestdale Business Park.
The land on offer is the first of its kind at the estate, providing flexibility for prospective owner occupiers and developers to amalgamate lots to suit their individual needs.
The eight lots on offer are individually sized 2,224sqm to 11,323sqm, but can be combined up to 2.2ha and are priced from $280 per sqm (GST inclusive).
LandCorp’s General Manager Economic and Employment Land Mr John Hackett said the lots were suitable for a variety of light industrial uses.

Today’s announcement follows the recent release of 16 Stage 2A lots, an offering of service commercial, general and light industrial lots. Since land was first made available in July 2014, all releases have been met with strong demand including all Stage 1 service commercial lots selling out within two weeks of their release to the market.
The estate’s location is proving a key drawcard for purchasers, in particular its direct linkage to Tonkin Highway and frontage to Ranford Road. It is located with easy access to Roe Highway, the Kwinana Freeway and Perth Airport.
The estate is fully serviced with power, water, sewer and internet and also offers the rare provision of gas connections.
