LandCorp has today released its largest service commercial lot at the successful Crossroads Industrial estate within the Forrestdale Business Park West, a high growth zone in Perth's south-east metropolitan area.
Lot 257 is sized 8,158sqm on a landmark location for the estate, with offers to be presented by 5pm (WST) on Thursday 5 November 2015.
LandCorp Acting Chief Executive Kerry Fijac said land sold at the 41 hectare estate had been extremely popular with both owner occupiers and developers.
"All service commercial lots released as part of our Stage 1 offering were sold within a fortnight introducing showroom and warehouse developments to the estate. In addition, 16 service commercial, general and light industrial lots as Stage 2A were recently released with 25% sold within the first three weeks," Mrs Fijac said.

The estate's location is proving a key drawcard for purchasers, in particular its direct linkage to Tonkin Highway and frontage to Ranford Road.
