The Peel Business Park has a focus on building opportunity through industry. It will be a place of productivity; where business, industry, training, research and development come together, invigorating the Peel region.

As the land development agency for the Western Australian Government, the Peel Business Park forms part of DevelopmentWA's vision to deliver strategic industrial land that supports the economic development and growth of Western Australia.

Just 10 kilometres north-east of Mandurah in the Shire of Murray, the Peel Business Park is the gateway to the Peel agriculture region. This 1,000-hectare estate will provide the ideal home for agri-food and agri-processing operators, as well as ancillary light, general transport and logistic industries.

It will be equipped with water, power, sewer, gas and telecommunications services to maximise efficiency and sustainability. Peel Business Park will also have a one of a kind renewable energy industrial microgrid providing clean, green energy to Park customers, delivering an expected saving of around 30% when compared to regulated bundled tariffs. Find out more about the Microgrid here

Its convenient position, east of the Kwinana Freeway, will provide easy access to the southern corridor and Perth Metropolitan area, as well as the South West and the ports of Kwinana, Bunbury and Fremantle.
